I asked Chat GPT: "plumbing company that specializes in grinder pump and alarm issues", several big name companies came up, but when I looked at their website and reviews, I had no luck with wording. I found One company but they came out twice to take my money. They did not solve my issues. Then I kept looking on Google search, which actually recommended this company. I checked out 3 other companies, but the reviews that people write are not helpful! I am glad that your doggies liked the technicians, and that the company did a "good job"... what job? what exactly did the said company do for you? (LOL) I am not a good writer, so I finally asked Chat GPT to help me write and this is the condensed version of my TMI: After years of dealing with grinder pump issues and getting nowhere with other plumbers, Real Texas Plumbing out of Lago Vista came through—prompt, professional, and actually knowledgeable. They made the trip out to my home in Buda and did more in one visit than other companies have in multiple appointments (and after taking my money). Other companies said they could "diagnose" and "fix" my grinder pump and alarm issues, but all they did was show up, poke around, and leave without a real plan. One even came back a second time just to install a clamp I had to suggest myself—thanks to a ChatGPT search. The alarm still went off the same night.
