We had EXTREME (LIKE VERY LOUD) hammering of pipes in the lower level of our house that uses a grinder pump. We ruled out our pressure reduction valve that others were focused on. We made all kinds of changes that didn’t resolve the issue. I saw all the comments about this company in a Lago Vista Facebook group and them working on grinder pumps, so figured I would give them a try. The plumber that came out finally resolved the issue, which was too much pressure in the discharge line. I am soooo relieved. This could have been a huge mess in our house, since the sewage lines run back through it! This is now the quietest this house has been with that pump since I bought the place new in 2012! I learned that the team put their heads together to solve this challenging issue. Grinder Pumps are not something that every plumber knows - If you are having issues and even just SUSPECT its due to your Grinder Pump, I would just call them first. This company was my 4th attempt at trying to get a plumber to figure it out.
