We are remodeling a bathroom and to make sure the new tub and all the fixtures were well installed, we hired Real Texas plumbing. The manufacture supplied tub drain was defective and tricky. Efraim figured everything out (and it wasn't easy) and tested multiple times to get things perfect. Highly recommend. Professional, timely, hard working.

Really thankful Efrain and his team were able to come out to my house last minute. I was taking the trash out when I realized my front yard was nearly flooding. The only issue with my service is that they weren’t able to fix the problem, but they did diagnose it fairly quickly and return water to my house!!

Lance Plumbing is so over-rated and If you don't come in the door a bankroller they will still over charge and add-on charges. unexpected charges, overcharges. Lance plumbing is not for the community during this economy. Emergencies are scary and plumbing emergencies are especially aggravating. Efron had tons of patience with me and I did a payment arrangement that was possible for me. I enourage all veterans in the Lago Vista area or further to hire this guy. Real Texas Plumbing are the real deal. They came out quickly and on time. They replaced our pressure control valve out front due to low water pressure inside the house. They are very courteous and explained exactly what they were going to do. I will definitely be calling them again for future issues.

For the first time since buying my first home in June I’ve had to call someone to help me fix something. My shower faucet got stuck due to calcium buildup and needed a new part. I called and immediately spoke with the owner, Efrain, and he came over within an hour to take a look. It was a very professional encounter and his skill and attention to detail was thorough. I will absolutely be calling again when my grinder pump inevitably goes out! 😂
We've had Efrain out a few times now for plumbing services and he is absolutely fantastic to work with. This last time was to replace an aging water heat and recirculating water pump that sounded like it was in rough shape. Efrain did an amazing job, shows up on time, leaves a super clean workplace and is great at answering any questions you have. Can't recommend enough.

Efrain was responsive to my request for an estimate to replace my water heater, on time, and on budget repair, no mess left after repair. About a year ago Efrain changed a grinder pump for me. They were professional and courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and the price was more than fair. Yesterday it stopped working and Efrain showed up when he said he would, unplugged it, and plugged it back in and it worked, and he wouldn't let me pay him. I'm single so having a person that I can trust is everything. I gave them five Stars and highly recommend them.

Was not expecting a reverse osmosis system to be installed today, but thought it would be just a quote. Installed and caught a problem with the existing plumbing that we did not know existed. Efrain was so helpful and honest! We need an entire new garbage disposal and he gave us a great price and offered to do it same day. My husband ended up wanting to do it himself and Efrain was very respectful about that and even flushed our hot water heater for free since he was already here. I had a broken grinder pump and my usual plumber wasn't responding to my calls. Efrain offered his services and came to my rescue. He is professional, experienced, trustworthy, and best of all, he shows up exactly when he says he will. Needless to say, my "usual" plumber has been replaced by Efrain.
Called Real Texas Plumbing spoke to Melissa, and from the beginning I realized she was very helpful and answered all my questions. They came out and Joe was extremely professional and answered all my questions. I had gotten a quote from another company to replace my water pressure regulator for my house in Austin. Real Texas Plumbing gave me a great price. I’m glad I checked with them for a second opinion. They replaced my homeowner cut off and installed a new homeowner valve box, for no extra cost! They were clean and I can hardly tell they did all that work in my yard. I will use them again and recommend them to all my friends and family.
We had a water leak close to the meter and called Efrain, the first time we've used him. He arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. He replaced a broken pressure reducing valve and spring check valve. The cost was reasonable, no "price gouging" which can and often does happen in emergency situations, and he thoroughly explained everything before he began the work. Completed the job and then offered to flush our hot water heater, complimentary, and gave us some tips about maintenance. A very nice, professional man who does great work, would definitely use him again.
We had a line blockage and called these guys on a Sunday afternoon. Brandon Turner was here promptly and determined it was a city issue and notified them for us. No service fee was charged and his honesty saved us a lot of money.

Very honest and reliable. Another plumber told us we needed a new grinder pump for $5000 without looking at pump. Real Texas Plumbing did a proper diagnosis over the weekend and had it fixed Monday. Was only bad float switches and very reasonably priced.
We had an emergency problem with our grinder pump system, my husband called, and their team came out in no less than 30 minutes. They went out of the way to get the parts needed and had a team out. They stayed all afternoon (even in the dark) to help us out and replace the entire system THAT DAY. They were timely, communicative, and professional. We will be using them for any needs in the future and cannot recommend them enough. What was an extremely stressful situation for our family was made so much easier because of them.

The owner himself came out to my place to fix our heater. He worked diligently to get it fixed just in time for the first freeze of the season, and at an excellent price. I highly recommend Real Texas Plumbing and will definitely reach out again if the need arises.
Efrain is a champion! Our foundation is pier and beam and when we woke up on a SATURDAY we heard a pretty big leak under our house. We have called plumbers in the past and they walked away but not Efrain. We called him, explained the situation and he said "I will be right over", and he was! Professional but personable. Elfrain crawled right under our home, evaluated the situation and was able to repair our leak so we had water again. Even though Elfrain was a muddy mess, he was prepared and professional, was engaging while identifying and repairing our problem. We now have a new, reliable Master Plumber, which we will be using in the future to take on a few more major issues.
