"Efrain was called at noon and by 12:45 arrived ready to fix the broken pipe that had broken pvc pipe leading into the below ground pressure valve. After assessing the problem, he gave me detailed information on how he was going to repair this and what parts he was going to use, and a solid estimate on what cost I was looking at. I authorized the work and he began doing what I call an excellent job. He did not rush and even contacted his brother to help with the repair. He did not use pvc pipe but a newer connection fitting and pipe that has become the gold standard in plumbing. He also replaced the pressure valve with a solid brass vs the old style that is still used by other companies, that had a plastic housing which can crack like pvc. Efrain and his brother were on the job for over 3.5 hours until it as finished to their nd my satisfaction. They checked to make sure the valve was set at the correct pressure, cleared up the work site, replaced all covers and departed. Real Texas Plumbing is a great company to call if you have need for any plumbing issues, upgrades, replacements or maintenance such as annual grinder pump inspection or HVAC service. I’m glad i contacted Real Texas Plumbing and they came out immediately. I had lost thousands of gallons of water since the 5th of September as reviewed by our city utility. "Efrain is a champion! Our foundation is pier and beam and when we woke up on a SATURDAY we heard a pretty big leak under our house.
