Bee Cave, TX Plumbing Experts

"Friendly and knowledgeable techs came out, confirmed the problem and replaced what was needed. A very fair price compared other companies I had come out the day before."

"Very prompt arrival to fix leak in-ground, fixed everything in about an hour, very reasonable price, and glorious to be able to turn on a faucet or shower and get WATER!. I would/will use them again should any need arise. RECOMMENDED!"

"Amazing service. The day I called about my hot water heater, they came right out, tested it and replaced it!"

"Efrain, who is actually the business owner, did the service. He’s very nice, helpful and professional. We’re hoping that the grinder pump they installed lasts 2 decades."

"Real Texas Plumbing did a great job fixing my grinder pump after the alarm went off here in Lago Vista. They responded to the issue and got the problem taken care of, ensuring me everything is working properly again. I appreciate their help and professionalism and would recommend Real Texas Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. They fixed my neighbors AC too. Thanks for the recommendation Scotty!"

"Having AC issues is never fun, but Real Texas Plumbing Heating & Air made the whole replacement process completely stress-free. They identified our bad evaporator coil, laid out the solution clearly without any high-pressure sales pitch, and completed the job right on schedule. The difference in cooling power is night and day. Huge thanks to the team for the prompt and friendly service"

"We had EXTREME (LIKE VERY LOUD) hammering of pipes in the lower level of our house that uses a grinder pump. We ruled out our pressure reduction valve that others were focused on. We made all kinds of changes that didn’t resolve the issue. I saw all the comments about this company in a Lago Vista Facebook group and them working on grinder pumps, so figured I would give them a try. The plumber that came out finally resolved the issue, which was too much pressure in the discharge line. I am soooo relieved. This could have been a huge mess in our house, since the sewage lines run back through it! This is now the quietest this house has been with that pump since I bought the place new in 2012! I learned that the team put their heads together to solve this challenging issue. Grinder Pumps are not something that every plumber knows - If you are having issues and even just SUSPECT its due to your Grinder Pump, I would just call them first. This company was my 4th attempt at trying to get a plumber to figure it out."

"Our technician was punctual, super polite, and took extra care not to make a mess while hauling out the old toilet. The new installation looks great, flushes perfectly, and there isn't a single leak in sight. They even took the old unit away and swept up before leaving. Fair pricing and hassle-free service—I'll definitely be calling them again for future plumbing work!"

"I called them after discovering a leak behind our wall, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They responded right away, arrived on time, and immediately pinpointed the source of the leak without unnecessary damage to our home. The technician was extremely professional, explained the problem clearly, and walked us through the repair options before starting any work. The repair was completed quickly, neat, and built to last—no more leaks, and everything was cleaned up before they left. Fair, upfront pricing with zero surprises. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch service!"

"I had a fantastic experience with Real Texas Plumbing Heating & Air! Our grinder pump backed up, but their team responded quickly. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue immediately, cleaned and serviced the unit, and tested the alarm and float switches before leaving. They were prompt, honest, and kept the area spotless. Exceptional service from start to finish."

"Super impressed with the detail of real Texas, plumbing and heating and air-conditioning. It was a Superfast transaction I’m really thankful they came out. Took care of everything. "Same day service. Replaced the capacitor. Fast, reliable. Will use in future."

"Real Texas is the only company i will ever use after going through 3 others. They are fast, reliable and trustworthy. Derek is the best and truly cares about getting the job done right"

"I can’t recommend Real Texas Plumbing and Efrain enough! They arrived within 30 minutes, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly explained the possible causes and repair options. Once their team inspected our system, they discovered it only needed a thorough cleaning—saving us from much more expensive repairs. The cleaning would have cost $345, but we enrolled in their maintenance program for $55 per month, so it was included. The program also covers maintenance for our water heater and HVAC system, which gives us tremendous peace of mind. We truly appreciate their prompt response, honesty, professionalism, and willingness to explain everything. It’s refreshing to work with a company that looks for the right solution instead of the most expensive one. We highly recommend Real Texas Plumbing and Efrain!"

"Great experience with a well communicating company and very fair and upfront pricing"

"Efrain and his team are phenomenal! Responses were timely with same day service. They went above and beyond to get our grinder pump running again on a holiday weekend. I highly recommend Real Texas Plumbing and Heating! Mary X."

"Efrain is a pleasure to work with, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to every customer. I reached out about a clogged tub and he made time for me on a holiday weekend without hesitation. What started as a simple clog turned out to be a deeper issue that required replacing the grinder, but Efrain handled it seamlessly. He responded quickly, worked with me on the cost, and got everything done in no time. He even went the extra mile by cleaning up the surrounding area to help prevent future problems. I will absolutely use his services again."

"Great service! I’m extremely happy with the experience. It was very easy to schedule, they arrived when they said they would within an 1 hr window so I didn’t have to wait around all day, and they were able to fix my issue in short time. Very happy with the work and the fair price, will definitely use them going forward and recommending to everyone."

"I found Efrain four years ago and have used him for all of my plumbing needs since. Reasonably priced, responds quickly, and does a great job! I have used him to find and fix a leak near the valve by the street, replace exterior faucets, and replace a busted water heater. I consider him “my guy” for all plumbing needs."

"Efron was great! Got right back to me. Answered my questions. Was reasonably priced & punctual. Highly recommend!!"

"We had a great experience with Real Texas Plumbing, Heating and Air. Our pump grinder went out, and after being misled by a couple of other plumbers, we decided to do some research and came across this company and I’m so glad we did. Their reviews really stood out, so we reached out and were impressed right away when they returned our call on a Sunday evening. From the beginning, they were honest, straightforward, and took the time to walk us through a clear plan. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and we truly felt like we were in good hands. It’s not always easy to find a company you can trust, but this team delivered. Highly recommend!"

"We called Efrain Saturday day about noon with a leaking disposal. He was out here in the 2 hours he promised with a new garbage disposal in hand. Took about an hour to replace and we don't have anymore to worry about. Appreciate his quick response and competent work. We will call Real Texas Plumbing in the future."

"Excellent service. Efrain and his buddy are heros. They fixed the grinder pump professionally, great attitude, no up selling, fair to good deal on pricing. Even triaged a sink leak for me. Highly recommend Efrain."

"A flooded bathroom led me to find water and sewage coming out of an emergency spillover pipe outside by my grinder pump. I called 3-4 plumbing companies, and for two of them the person answering didn't even know what a grinder pump was. Real Texas had a section on their website devoted to explaining grinder pumps, so I felt I had the right company in them. Efrain was out the next day and confirmed that mine was not working. He was able to replace it with a new one and clear the blockage same day. He struck me as a very honest as well as knowledgeable and competent contractor. I would call him for any plumbing need and recommend him wholeheartedly to you!"

"Transparent. Flexible. Responsive. I reached to Real Texas Plumbing to obtain a back up quote and was so blown away by their professionalism and timeliness that I had to go with them as my #1. No regrets."

"We were out of town when we were notified that our septic alarm was going off. Real Texas Plumbing came out right away and replaced our lift system pump with one that should last for many years. They sent photos and explained what they had done which brought me a good deal of relief. Happy to have them on my team in case of an emergency."

"Efrain was great.. He worked for hours repairing our old plumbing to brand new.. Highly recommend this company and Efrain."

"My grinder pump quit working this morning. I called Efrain and less than three hours later he had replaced the broken line and fittings inside the tank. He also bundled and tied up the electrical wires to get them away from the floats. I am very pleased with the quick response and excellent work."

"We were fortunate to find Efrain at Real Texas Plumbing. We had an issue with our grinder pump over the weekend and called another plumbing company and felt the need to look further after they left. After seeing several reviews about Real Texas Plumbing, I texted Efrain and he replied immediately scheduling an appointment for Monday. The diagnosis was grim, but he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and quoted us what we felt was a fair price. We were up and running approximately 4 to 5 hours after he started the job. I highly recommend this company and thankful we now have a plumber if we need one."

"Hot water heater went out...shopped for "best" deal I could get on short notice. Efrain gave me "BEST" of 4 quotes...And came out same day and Removed and Replaced my water heater for MUCH less than other local in area dealers! He SAVED our Christmas!!!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Efrain with Real Texas Plumbing! 🔧 From the moment I called, he was kind, professional, and quick to respond. Our grinder pump went out unexpectedly, and he showed up the same day to diagnose and replace it — which honestly saved us from a huge headache. 🚿💦 What really stood out was how courteous and knowledgeable he was throughout the process. "Great service, worked with me on the price and recommended a good brand on the new grinder pump they installed. Would work with them again."

"Efrain was called at noon and by 12:45 arrived ready to fix the broken pipe that had broken pvc pipe leading into the below ground pressure valve. After assessing the problem, he gave me detailed information on how he was going to repair this and what parts he was going to use, and a solid estimate on what cost I was looking at. I authorized the work and he began doing what I call an excellent job. He did not rush and even contacted his brother to help with the repair. He did not use pvc pipe but a newer connection fitting and pipe that has become the gold standard in plumbing. He also replaced the pressure valve with a solid brass vs the old style that is still used by other companies, that had a plastic housing which can crack like pvc. Efrain and his brother were on the job for over 3.5 hours until it as finished to their nd my satisfaction. They checked to make sure the valve was set at the correct pressure, cleared up the work site, replaced all covers and departed. Real Texas Plumbing is a great company to call if you have need for any plumbing issues, upgrades, replacements or maintenance such as annual grinder pump inspection or HVAC service. I’m glad i contacted Real Texas Plumbing and they came out immediately. I had lost thousands of gallons of water since the 5th of September as reviewed by our city utility. If I had not been able to get this repaired immediately many more gallons would have been lost. Thank you Efrain for responding to my emergency so,quickly."

"Real Texas Plumbing has a great reputation and they follow through with their service! "Job well done! Same day response time! Professional! Clean!"

"Finally, a plumbing company that actually fixes the problem. How did I find them you ask? I asked Chat GPT: "plumbing company that specializes in grinder pump and alarm issues", several big name companies came up, but when I looked at their website and reviews, I had no luck with wording. I found One company but they came out twice to take my money. They did not solve my issues. Then I kept looking on Google search, which actually recommended this company. I checked out 3 other companies, but the reviews that people write are not helpful! I am glad that your doggies liked the technicians, and that the company did a "good job"... what job? what exactly did the said company do for you? (LOL) I am not a good writer, so I finally asked Chat GPT to help me write and this is the condensed version of my TMI: After years of dealing with grinder pump issues and getting nowhere with other plumbers, Real Texas Plumbing out of Lago Vista came through—prompt, professional, and actually knowledgeable. They made the trip out to my home in Buda and did more in one visit than other companies have in multiple appointments (and after taking my money). Other companies said they could "diagnose" and "fix" my grinder pump and alarm issues, but all they did was show up, poke around, and leave without a real plan. One even came back a second time just to install a clamp I had to suggest myself—thanks to a ChatGPT search. The alarm still went off the same night. Enter Efrain, the owner of Real Texas Plumbing, and his apprentice. They arrived on time, listened carefully as I explained the whole messy history—two years’ worth of frustration, an initial system installed without key components, and a “recommended” plumber who vanished halfway through the job. Efrain didn’t flinch. He was calm, courteous, and most importantly—he knew exactly what he was looking at. He immediately spotted the issue: a limp, cheap floater (the wrong kind) that never should’ve been installed. He pointed out the wires hanging out of a 4-inch hole, submerged in sewage, tangled and exposed. The alarm wiring was also unprotected and partially buried, which explained why heavy rains caused the motor to overrun and trigger the alarm. He showed me how he would’ve set it up: clean, secure, and safe—with a dome top for easier and safer maintenance. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and respected the knowledge I had gathered from two years of trying to figure this out myself. No talking down. No excuses. Just solutions. This is what a plumbing service should be. If you're tired of vague promises, wasted time, and expensive “diagnoses” that go nowhere, do yourself a favor: call Real Texas Plumbing. Efrain will show up, figure it out, and actually fix it. No guesswork. No gimmicks."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Real Texas Plumbing – Heating and Air deserves all 5 stars! 🚿🔧 We called them out for a clogged shower drain, and the Efrain, the owner/operator did everything he could — snaked it, checked the lines — and it worked for a bit. When the problem came back two days later, he could’ve easily charged us again… but instead, he gave us honest advice. He recommended trying an extra-strength Drano in the toilet first, just to rule things out — and it actually fixed the issue. 🙌 He didn’t bill us for the follow-up and showed real honesty, hard work, and genuine care. That kind of trust is hard to find these days. Highly recommend Real Texas Plumbing! 💯🛠️"

"Real Texas Plumbing came out to My house and helped me with an old toilet that was giving us a Lot of problems. They provided several options and excelent prices. Will be using them from now on."

"Efrain provided good advice and did the work quickly and well."

"Very honest and reliable. Another plumber told us we needed a new grinder pump for $5000 without looking at pump. Real Texas Plumbing did a proper diagnosis over the weekend and had it fixed Monday. Was only bad float switches and very reasonably priced."

"We had an emergency problem with our grinder pump system, my husband called, and their team came out in no less than 30 minutes. They went out of the way to get the parts needed and had a team out. They stayed all afternoon (even in the dark) to help us out and replace the entire system THAT DAY. They were timely, communicative, and professional. We will be using them for any needs in the future and cannot recommend them enough. What was an extremely stressful situation for our family was made so much easier because of them."

"Efrain was great to work with for the initial estimate and was very fair on the price. Brandon, the tech that completed the work, was very diligent and clean with his work. Very helpful and these guys know their trade! All in all, we had a great experience and plan on using this company again in the future. **Whole home water filtration system installed in the garage."

"Efrain & Edgar came out within 2 hours of calling them about an emergency job. Very satisfied with their work & timely response. Both were professional and executed with precision. Will surely reach out to them & recommend them to others without hesitation. Nice to have master plumbers in the area who are reliable!"

"Very professional crew came in and evaluated what they needed to do. They gave me an estimate and stuck to the price. Everything was clean and just as they found it after they finished. I will definitely be calling on Real Plumbing again for their fast service and fair dealings."

"Great service, great prices"

"The owner himself came out to my place to fix our heater. He worked diligently to get it fixed just in time for the first freeze of the season, and at an excellent price. I highly recommend Real Texas Plumbing and will definitely reach out again if the need arises."

"Efrain is a champion! Our foundation is pier and beam and when we woke up on a SATURDAY we heard a pretty big leak under our house. We have called plumbers in the past and they walked away but not Efrain. We called him, explained the situation and he said "I will be right over", and he was! Professional but personable. Elfrain crawled right under our home, evaluated the situation and was able to repair our leak so we had water again. Even though Elfrain was a muddy mess, he was prepared and professional, was engaging while identifying and repairing our problem. We now have a new, reliable Master Plumber, which we will be using in the future to take on a few more major issues."
