A flooded bathroom led me to find water and sewage coming out of an emergency spillover pipe outside by my grinder pump. I called 3-4 plumbing companies, and for two of them the person answering didn't even know what a grinder pump was. Real Texas had a section on their website devoted to explaining grinder pumps, so I felt I had the right company in them. Efrain was out the next day and confirmed that mine was not working.
