I asked Chat GPT: "plumbing company that specializes in grinder pump and alarm issues", several big name companies came up, but when I looked at their website and reviews, I had no luck with wording. I found One company but they came out twice to take my money. They did not solve my issues. Then I kept looking on Google search, which actually recommended this company. I checked out 3 other companies, but the reviews that people write are not helpful! I am glad that your doggies liked the technicians, and that the company did a "good job"... what job? what exactly did the said company do for you? They made the trip out to my home in Buda and did more in one visit than other companies have in multiple appointments (and after taking my money). One even came back a second time just to install a clamp I had to suggest myself—thanks to a ChatGPT search. The alarm still went off the same night.
